The Korang Cricket Ground, which is being built at UC Bani Gala, is the first organized cricket facility in the federal capital’s rural areas.

Locals have been reminded by CDA and ICT administration officers participating in levelling the land and putting things together that it is their obligation to manage the site in the long run.

Because the Korang Cricket Ground is being developed on CDA land, the cost of construction is minimal, and the levelling off the ground and other infrastructure development is being carried out by CDA machinery and labour from various departments.

The ground has a radius of 215 feet, which is the usual size of cricket grounds in Islamabad, and expert gardeners have already sown grass sections.
