Bahria Town Karachi has announced the date of balloting for plot allocation in the Bahria Greens project. According to the official Facebook page of Bahria Greens Karachi, the first balloting for the project will be held on July 27, 2020. In this event, the Bahria Town project management will allocate plot numbers.
The news further elaborates on the status of development work for this specific low-cost project. CEO of Bahria Town, Malik Riaz, said that “the development work was in ‘full swing’ in the ‘biggest low-cost home strategy’ of Pakistan. Hussain also said that the opening ceremony of Bahria Greens Model Street was held recently with 20 units of villas.
Authorities do not provide the actual location where the ceremony will be organized. But it’s going to be a grand event, which we surely know.
The Bahria Greens features a limited number of residential plots, all in one size (75 square yards). As it’s a low-cost residential area, the developer has allowed the construction of a 3-story building containing 4 bedrooms.
If we talk about some project detail, then Bahria Greens was officially launched on 22 June and from this date, and onwards booking is in process. The lump-sum cost of the plot in Bahria Greens is PKR 1,675,000, and the successful applicants must pay the dues in 16 quarterly Installments spanning four decades. So if you want to book a plot in this low-cost project, grab it now.
