The former FG Employees Housing Foundation has been recognized as the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority through proper channel on 12th July 2019 by the President of Pakistan

The main purpose of FGEHA is to start, present, sponsor and develop different housing schemes for employees in the federal government on ownership basis in all major cities of Pakistan.
