Responsibilities
- Perform necessary activities associated with lead generation and PR.
- Specifically targeting professionals and potential Clients interested in buying offices, Apartments, retail and commercial spaces.
- Meeting of deal execution timelines
- Evaluate and assess additional exposure to new relationships
- Participates in strategic decisions regarding changing, updating and commercial plans.
- Offering strong cross-sale options specifically designed for potential buyers.
- Evaluation of business demand for real estate uses
- Identification of opportunities to add corporate value via real estate assets and solutions
- Improvised solutions for potential buyers and Competitor analysis.
- Focus on the achievement of new business goals, as determined by Line Commercial Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Preferred
- Strong PR network and social circle
- residing in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
- Real Estate background Preferred
