The Third Balloting of Smart City Lahore was done on June 1, 2024, and clients’ acknowledgment slips were issued from May 5 to June 5, 2024. Clients who have paid their dues can complete the selection of their plots between 16th August and 27th August 2024.

The management of Lahore Smart City often offers discounts to its members, such as those who paid their installments between 31 December and 8 January. The discount block can be availed as mentioned below: –
- A 2% for each due installment for residential and commercial plots.
A 4% discount on each advance installment of residential or commercial plots. You can avail of the discount on up to 03 advance installments.
