With its ambition to further expand its presence across the globe, the company has signed an agreement with Future Development Holding (Pvt.) limited, a real estate developer company in Pakistan to construct Mövenpick Hotels & Residences in their latest housing project Capital Smart City in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Company is all set to uphold Mövenpick’s traditional Swiss values in the project thus increasing the interest and project value of the housing society.
The hotel will uphold 250 Hotel rooms and around 150 serviced apartments, four dinning venues, meeting hall, a fitness centre and two swimming pools guaranteeing traditional Swiss values and comfort to residents and is set to start business by 2023.
The hotel will not only provide unmatched luxury and hospitality to guests but will also require a workforce, staff of professionally skilled individuals which will increase the career opportunities in the mega residential project and enhance its appeal.
However it is not the first Mövenpick hotel to be constructed in Pakistan, but it is going to be the first hotel and residential project to be launched in Capital City of Pakistan. Mövenpick Hotel in Karachi is successfully operating since a couple of years. The success of their first hotel in Pakistan has appealed to the management of the company to construct more hotels in different cities of Pakistan.
