The meeting was held under the supervision of the CDA board that included Chairman CDA Amer Ali Ahmed in the panel. The primary objective of the session was to recruit consultants for the newly announced housing project, that is Park Enclave-III.
As the development work is in progress; however, the progress is not going slow. The board had also acknowledged a synopsis for the upbringing Building Control Directorate (BCD) to provide the approval for various recruits. The participants might include 15 building inspectors and 5 land surveyors.
Although, two official representatives (BCD-I and BCD-II) are lately operational; however, the civic organization will start operating BCD-III soon.

The CDA board is going to operate its required functions under the CDA Ordinance 1960. Recently, the facilitation of necessities is yet to be launched in the housing scheme, as the utility connections will be provided once the CDA’s No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be acquired.
