According to news sources, to facilitate executive clients, management of DHA has provided DHA executive services (DES) The aim of these teams is to facilitate their clients in a short time and on an urgent basis with quality property related services.
DES team is offering services related to the following issues to its premium clients. possession of plots, building and houses, Non-possession plots, collection of letters, collection of the site plan, collection of the completion certificate, and the CMRL.
Given below are the guidelines on how to work with the DHA Lahore Executive Services:
- First, any member who wants to use the service of DES has to register for DES.
- Registration fee of PKR 5,000 will have to submit first in the form of a pay order or bank draft. This fee is to be given in the DHA Executive Finance Counter
- After that, from the DES front desk counter, the client will receive set of documents of service. It will be in Yellow Color Forms.
- The client will provide all the essential documents to DES to perform mandatory formalities and attain verifications for the required services.
- You do not need to give your ownership letter.
- Then The DES font desk counter will provide a submission receipt form for the execution of transfer or collection of letters, along with two appointment slips with services, date/time for the seller, and purchaser.
- The property in question must not have any illegal status on it.
