Multan: The Multan Defence Housing Authority (DHA) had provided the representatives of sectors W1 and W2 with an ‘adjustment strategy.’ This ‘Mega Potential for Sector W1 and W2 Allottees’ comes with many advantages, including access to both Ring Road and Main Boulevard, as per the investor.
In pursuit of its pledge to ‘revive the investment of the respected representatives of Sectors W1 and W2,’ the society administration has announced the fresh plan; noting that it plans to keep different ballots for divisions of feature/non-feature plots.
Furthermore, below are additional descriptions of the DHA Multan adjustment plan:
- Plot holders of W1 and W2 will be assigned plots at better location sectors than initial allocation just because of direct connectivity to Ring Road and closer to Main Boulevard.
- The main boulevard from Qadirpur Raan Bypass via SRA Gate will also be linked by Sector X and Y to the existing Ring Road.
- Plot holders would have access to the restored Matital road, which was not accessible in the W1 and W2 sectors.
- Nearby proximity to Education/Medical City and Sports Complex in Sector Y
So, between January 20 and February 19, all participating in using the adjustment plan will forward their applications to Additional Director Transfer-DHA Multan.
