The only gate housing society The Defence Housing Authority Peshawar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) is being developed under KP Assembly Legislation Act i.e. DHAP Act 2009

According to DHA Peshawar’s official Facebook page, The Defence Housing Authority Peshawar has broadcast its new policy which is to provide incentives to every plot owner, who is willing to live in DHA Peshawar or start the construction work of their houses before June 30, 2021.

In Accordance with the DHA Peshawar official Facebook Page, the electric power will provide free-of-cost 6kW solar energy systems to people who’ll proceed to their recently constructed homes in the society before June 30, 2021. Those who will begin construction of the homes before the above-mentioned date will probably get ‘solar-powered bore’ to draw underground water for living and construction-related use.

On the other note, the developer is busy finishing development work in Sector C of DHA society. Development work in Sector A and B has reached completion and, in accordance with different Facebook articles shared before on June 29, construction of many houses is in process.
