Quetta: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the most honored real estate developers, the High Land Resorts for the construction purpose of staggering 440 villas on 50 acres stretch of land area. This was announced on 17th November 2020.
The development period that was conveyed to the public for the construction of these modern and full of facilities villas will be around two years. At the moment that development work is underway on commercial areas, plazas, malls, the expressway and also the eye-catching main entrance.
The plots, measuring 5 Marla in DHA Quetta have already been sold out. The plots are probably going to be demarcated within 2 years. The project will be declared as live able in around 2023 when the major development will be concluded.
Quetta is declared among the worst cities hit by water scarcity. To cater to the sufficient fulfillment of the water needs of the residents, the management and developers are planning to incorporate green and innovative ideas.
These ideas include recently perfected the harvesting of rainwater. This will ease the load on tube-wells and underground water reservoirs. The wastewater will also be recycled to make the availability of the water more efficiently. A water recycling plant will be installed concerning this. For the storage of water, small dams will also be constructed.
