Peshawar: As per the latest news reports, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has been ordered by the Peshawar High Court to produce a thorough report on its investigation into the high-profile Malam Jabba land lease case and its eventual conclusion last year.
Justices Roohul Amin Khan and Ijaz Anwar expressed their displeasure with reports that the NAB had closed the Malam Jabba case in light of certain orders issued by the high court in October 2020, noting that the court had never issued such orders and instead had directed the bureau to continue its investigation.
