PM supported establishment of real estate regulatory body

According to the news source, to solve issues related to real estate industry problems, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has ordered the authorities to establish the committee. This was discussed in the meeting of the National Coordination Committee of Housing, Construction, and Development on Thursday.

In this meeting, the PM had also directed to the provincial chief secretaries to give in to a guideline for one-window facilities and online approvals for permits within one week. This guideline will also contain processes for fee payment and the procedures of all sections related to the housing sector.

The Authorities aim to improve these Procedures in order that all stakeholders, like the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) and property tycoons, are on precisely the exact same page.
