Lahore: A three-day training course on interactive on ‘Value for Money’ was organized by The Performance Audit Wing, Lahore, for the officers of the executive departments of the governments of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Gillgit Baltistan. The meeting was held under the umbrella of Auditor General of Pakistan.

How to use resources economically, efficiently and effectively (3Es) was the primary point that was addressed in the meeting. The activity that was apprise to the participants of the departments and agencies may help utilities public resources in future.

The officers from provincial governments of KP and Gillgit attended the course. The course might raise value for money that has been defined as a utility derived from every purchase or every sum of money spent. The Value for Money is a very vital concept of living.
