Premier Imran Khan visited Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust’s construction site (SKMT). The Prime Minister said he hoped to open the facility in 2023 on Twitter.

The prime minister added that the cancer hospital “will have a double size of SKMT Lahore and all the latest diagnostics and treatments” The Prime Minister said.

A number of hospitals, laboratories and research centres throughout Pakistan were built by the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust, created in honor of the 1985 cancer-caused mother of PM Imran Khan.
