Sialkot: As per the latest update, Sialkot Motorway City balloting is going to be held on 4th May 2023. The first grand ballot will be held in the presence of the housing venture’s official sales partners, members, and media personnel. Additionally, the management of the housing scheme will announce the possession after Eid.

Below is the Sialkot Motorway City’s balloting policy:
- Those members who have already paid 50% and 100% payment, will be able to take part in the balloting
- Members have to clear their instalments of up to 50% of their plot price to participate in the balloting process
- 1st May 2023 is the last date for the payment of instalments. It is worth mentioning that the payment received will not be eligible for the balloting process after the due date
- The management of the housing society has the right to cancel or close the last date of the instalments payment before 1st May 2023. Therefore, do not take it for granted and pay the dues immediately

The management of the Sialkot Motorway City has clarified to its members that the members would be notified or informed about the plot number or block via an allotment letter from the office.
